What data we collect and why
- Contact form: name, company, email, telephone number and message, used solely to reply to your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Newsletter: email address (and, where provided, name and company), used to send you the monthly newsletter with news and offers. You receive the newsletter if you subscribe, request a quote or download the catalogue, as stated on each form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by writing to us.
- Catalogue download: email address and, where provided, name and company, to record the request and send you the catalogue.
- Browsing data: the site does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools that identify you.
How long we keep data
Contact requests are kept for as long as necessary to handle them and, in any case, for no longer than 24 months. Newsletter subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe.
Who we share data with
Data is processed by Kondor staff and by the suppliers who help us manage the website (hosting) and send newsletters (email marketing platform), who are appointed as data processors. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, or object to processing, and you may request data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
